2. ASMR doesn't really help me sleep but I do get tingles. I love listening to make my brain shut up for a while and focus on work lol. I do listen for the occasional tingle but those are rare these days.

wait that’s so cute!! I first started watching ASMR in like sophomore year of high school, I stumbled across a binaural haircut video and had just gotten a fancy headset — really enjoyed the sounds even though it wasn’t intended to be an ASMR audio (I think it was actually more of a horror audio with chainsaws and stuff honestly) but I started looking into haircut related ASMR and exploring from there since!!
