Hello Ocean, thank you for the new and interesting update. The pictures look fantastic again (I love Bella!). And of course "Steam & USK" again! This apparently develops into a never-ending story. I'm attaching an article from the online section of a German computer magazine “GameStar”. I translated it with Microsoft Word, it's quite revealing: “Steam: After early access ban for adult games, Valve is now probably also banning content updates From now on, developers are only allowed to publish new, adult content on Steam as verified DLC and can no longer submit it via update. Dennis Zirkler 22.09.2025 | 11:46 a.m. (Game Star) The air for erotic games on Steam is getting thinner: In the future, new adult content may no longer be added via regular updates, but must be released as standalone DLC. The next step in the fight against adult games A developer from Crimson Delight, who released a game called Tales of Legendary Lust: Aphrodisia on Steam, made the new regulation public via a Reddit post. During the review process for their game, they were told that adding adult content would no longer be possible via patch after release. As is well known, the reason for this lies less with Valve itself, but rather with the payment providers: Since the Australian activist group Collective Shout put pressure on credit card companies such as Visa and Mastercard, they have been paying more attention to what content they charge via Steam. The credit card companies, in turn, pass on the pressure to platforms such as Steam and Itch.io. In order not to jeopardize business relationships, Valve is adjusting its rules, and the new DLC regulation now seems to be a compromise to keep the games on the platform while still meeting the requirements of financial partners.” I ask myself: Where the hell does this activist group get such power from? I hope that your efforts to complete and publish your game are successful. Thanks again for the dev log, have fun with your work and stay healthy!
