Hell yeah. And I don’t wanna say that Skies of Arcadia is the topic of my Archive two episodes from now…but Skies of Arcadia is the topic of my Archive two episodes from now.

Plus 1000x respect for the Skies of Arcadia shout out. My favorite game of all time and criminally underplayed. So rare that I hear someone mention that game

Genuinely worst part of the game is the pacing. I was rank 5 before i even fought my first madlantis match, they need to gatekeep some activities or encounters in Honolulu. Second worst was how they treated Noah as a little kid on on hand but took all his suggestions or ideas as incredibly important. It felt to me like the whole game is a make a wish fulfillment fantasy for noah since he does basically nothing to move the plot but is present in the whole main story and tags along in most areas. If you do side stories he even despawns for nearly all cutscenes. This whole thing has the problem that it is less like a Odyssee where you pace multiple activities and more a "go to honululu" "do a large mix of acrivities and test each out a couple of times" xhave max rank and no need to actually fight in madlantis" "finish main story".
