The contrast looks like shit because Nintendo's HDR is horrible and you need a degree in like tv image quality to understand how to set it properly. You basically need a specific kind of tv for it to work or you have to trial and error manually setting it up using nintendo's terrible setup system until it looks decent. Or you could just turn it off lol. Always something with nintendo.
