Totally Legit Recap: Rainbow Rocks (Part 2)

When I did part 1, I also wrote out scripts for parts 2 and 3, but when I came back and looked at them after all this time I immediately realized they were garbage. Not just my usual brand of meme garbage, I mean a no-holds-barred trashfire that I wouldn't enjoy making and nobody would enjoy watching, so I nuked it all and started from scratch.
Thanks to everyone who waited patiently for this, I know it was a long-ass time. Part 3 is already halfway done because I've been working on these concurrently, so unless something new pops up that I absolutely have to do immediately, it'll be the next video I put out.
Normally when I make these things I find all the jokes funny at the time but then when I go back and try to watch the video all I can think is "holy shit this is trash, what was I thinking?" but this one I can almost dare to say I like. Maybe it's a function of sobriety - sober me always found drunk me to be obnoxious and cringy as fuck, but drunk me was the one writing and recording the videos, while sober me was left to try and salvage them in editing. Whatever, I'm not gonna turn this into an AA meeting.

I'll be perfectly frank with you, I was honestly a little worried in the back of my mind that sober DWK wouldn't be as funny, but this was by far your best video yet. As funny as most of the other TLRs have been, this is the first that kept me laughing out loud for almost the entire video. It didn't rely so much on rewriting the same jokes you've used over and over, and the observations and connections you made were even more clever than usual. Stay clean, man, it's good for your health AND your show.

Since you always post these while I'm at work, it's always an especially bright spot on my day (night?). It's great too when things are dead and I'm not doing anything. I don't have anything really involved to say this time. Just happy we're still getting TLRs as the years go by. ^_^
