How does one manage to lose an entire top hat?! How! >:( I guess I could just buy another one- but I’m not sure I’m quite ready yet to be someone who owns two top hats.

Found it. It's in a plastic drawer along with the Corpse Bride veil. Or at least it was a year ago (Prop Closet Tour video at 17:45) ;)
