Awh thats to bad would've made this game from top tier to god tier quite easily! I hope you might change your mind in the future for now GL with the development of the game!
Yesterday's terms of use appearing was part of the april fools event, and shouldn't be related. Perhaps something in your save data got corrupted as a result of power loss during a save or something?
My progress just suddenly got reset today, on previous day's during this update the terms of use kept popping up. Is it perhaps a bug?
There are height implications to differing height of high heels vs normal heels vs nothing. This affects animations. Her current heels are probably the most she's going to get (in terms of height, I do plan on having more textures and models eventually) unless I figure something out at some point.

I used to have plans for the accelerometer, but with my experience developing it so far, the less ''gimmicky'' stuff the better; it doesn't have the necessary longevity for the game I want to make. Perhaps some day in side content though! Another reason it isn't currently used is that only half the playerbase is on mobile.
