Some tips to improve performance:
Change the hair material Render Method from Dithered to Blended. Doesn't look as good, but makes Blender run faster.
Disable the Geometry Nodes modifier for the Hair and Eyebrows.
I am also including my own addon called Amarillo's Pose Library. This model has a very simple implementation of it, but you might still find it handy for switching between the two expressions I'm including.
