Big Projects Poll - What projects do you want to see?

Recently, it's probably been fairly obvious that it's been difficult to scale past about 5 doujins/manga translations per week. I put some work towards onboarding new translators, but I'm starting to think that pursing more translations is not a good idea in the long term. The number of new content works in Japan is not even close to 5+ per week, so eventually we will actually "catch up" and run out of works to translate. Having 5 per week seems to me like it will be enough incoming content for now.
I've been able to explore larger-scope projects such as TS Ero Trap Dungeon (game adaptation) and My Story About How I Had to Have Sex With My Senpai to Break My Genderswap Curse (artist cg set). I've also been looking into visual novel translations since some of you showed interest in those. I think now would be a good idea to expand now into doing more big projects like these, but the cost (both time and money) of them are so much larger by comparison that it takes a few months to see results. So, I'd like to know what your preference is for which big projects you'd like to see.

Honestly, I happened to randomly find this book when I was shopping at a doujin store, but I could do more digging to see if there's other similar types of content to this.
Original doujinshi
Writing original storylines and then commissioning an artist to draw an original doujinshi work (~10-20 pages).

Had to look into it with one of my interested translators. It depends on the game engine used, but for the one I mentioned, we use KrkrExtract to extract the text, translate the strings, and then create a patch archive to overwrite the original content with the translated version.
How does translating a visual novel work? Like on the tech side of things, what do they use and how do they patch translations into the game?
Very unlikely at this time. Light novels are incredibly text dense compared to other media, so their cost is very high. But maybe in the future if the crowdfund gets big enough!

What about Light Novels? Would those be on the table or too much content?
I could only find that one in Korean. I could try to find a Korean translator. Webtoons aren't too different than mangas or doujins, really, so I wouldn't really consider it a big project.
You should definitely let me know if you come across visual novels that you'd like to see. I'm very hesitant putting the specific big projects in a poll right now, because it requires such a heavy time investment between me and the other contributors, so I want to establish a good workflow for completing these projects first by working on ones that I personally enjoy.
There are also webtoom gender bender like Johnson Contract that was never translated correctly. And I was the one who paid for it but the translator I found was not really good.

Definitely a lot of Japanese only gender bender visual novels that will probably never get an official English translation😭. Since these would be massive time consuming projects would we be able to vote on what you work on next after you're done with the one you're starting with?

i actually came on board from TS Ero Trap Dungeon, so I'd love to see more content in that style, but VNs fill a sorta similar niche.
In theory they can be done quickly, but the bottleneck is probably writing the script and the commissioning process.
Wouldn't original doujin be the slowest of all?
