The corner gas station near my house sells things like this. Names like "Iron Rhino" and "Silver Dragon" are frequent, but they change them out every now and then. Honestly, the things are large enough to look like sopositories to me. One day when filling up, I saw a guy acting sketchy walk up to the window and point to one, then drop a 20, get his pills and take off, so I had to ask. Went up to pay for the gas and something to drink and asked the guy behind the glass if they sold many of the things. His response? He leaned in with a serious look on his face and said "Every day, my friend!" I couldn't stop laughing until after I told my roommate about what went on.

Sounds like gas station Viagra plus, I dunno, maybe a popper, and it looks like the pills might be on top of the condom🤷 with the name I'd guess that it's spiky or coated in icy hot or something, either way, there's plenty of people out there who would either enjoy it or enjoy obeying whoever wanted them too... I also have a polite interest, but I'll probably stick with the blunt leather stuff that I'm used too

I went and researched it. Male enhancement pills. They are in fact not cleared by the FDA, looks like they actually recommend not using it. They do have some of the stuff used in viagra according to what I’ve seen
