Sebastian - Hand re-topology and paw pads 🐾

For the paw pads, I'm trying a design that involves a metacarpal pad this time, but I'll have to make some render tests with fur and everything to see if it looks right before I optimize it fully.
Next week I will move on to the legs re-topology and a re-work of the very important pelvic area 🍆
