Just checking in! It's been 2 days.
The Jet Lag is real ๐
Not sure if it's age, life, travel fatigue in general...
But we tired AF! At least I am anyways ๐ฅด
Don't have many photos for you! I have been filming mostly.
And to be honest I am so tired I am not really in a cute photogenic mood lol
The first day started out GREAT! Nice coffee in the morning, nice lunch...
I booked a food tour that night so we didn't want to eat so much during the day.
I love food tours BTW. Great way to get to know the city!
We napped before (bad idea...)
Woke up super groggy. Gab was SO cranky he didn't want to go. I told him he had no choice ๐
We left to find the meeting spot for the food tour by taking the train. ๐
Trying to navigate the Tokyo train system during rush hour while you're exhausted and have little patience... Not a good idea lol ๐
We got lost, we were both cranky AF. Bickering at each other, super annoyed lol.
That being said we didn't even make it to the tour, came straight home (in silent treatment btw ๐
) and back to bed...
Then we kissed and made up ๐
Yesterday was a better day! We are starting to find our footing with the train.
I cuddled some baby pigs (honestly not even sure if the animal cafes are ethical or not but I JUST Couldn't HELP MYSELF!) ๐ฅด๐ฅน I mean look at them!!!
Tonight I have a red light tour with this Japanese Comedian named Meshida ๐ฎ
And then tomorrow I will be at TENGA all day!!!
Tokyo is beautiful and BIG and a lot!
But part of me is not in sight seeing mode.
I think I just want to head to somewhere warm and park my butt there for a while! Thailand ๐ค
Also- that Ramen in the photo was the BEST DAMM RAMEN I have EVER eaten in my entire life!!!!!! The broth was sent from the heavens!!!!!

I appreciate that haha They show it in English here too so that helps a bit. But train system is just massive!! I was in Taiwan many years ago but I never used the train. I can imagine its just as bustling!
