I'd love to see something with superheroes. People turn into green behemoths, grow wings, gain strange powers and appearances, so seeing something a little more sexual might be fun.
I really liked how during the transformation process, he/her(slave merc) had an inner monologue. That explained what was on his/her mind, what they were going through, and how it made them feel as they were going through the changes. It added a nice touch of erotica.

Think the girl will probably experience more than a new chromosome. It would make sense that the Misresses interest in her is based on the creation of a creation of a female creation from mythology: Succubus, Banshee, Nymph, Dryad, As Naseum...This "group" is changing humans to works against them. The new girls transformation is still as a servant in conflict. Lets advance this beyond a sex toy.
