Yes, it changed again. There's new stuff where there was the scenes of the previous episodes. Now they 4 are singing and dancing.

Ok but that does not look like a bite mark. Seeing how we didn’t see any teeth marks just a sharp cut. Also I may be wrong about this but people seems to turn pretty quickly in this show. So that also makes me think that it’s not a zombie bite. As then he probably would already have been turned

Also I don’t think that Akira’s dad is bitten by a zombie. But rather that he has a wound that would need antibiotics which could be a death sentence in a zombie apocalypse. Seeing how such thing we take for granted is not available when society breaks down
