Yeah like I remember him saying that he needed to ask and get his mother approval. If me and him would go and travel to a comic con. And this was him money, so yeah that is pretty insane. But then again I did know one other friend who had even worse parents. As at the age of 18 his parent did not even allow him to have an email address if I remember right

Also about the stuff with the curfew despite her being an adult. Sometimes parents can be pretty strict as I have one friend. Who is 28 and his mom still control his economy and savings. So I find that curfew pretty believable

I definitely enjoy adult romance more than high school stuff, unless it's more on the mature side like Horimiya. But honestly... as long as there's no toxic drama that stretches throughout half the season I'm good. ... I value good progress more than drama.
