If it was that then I would not be surprised, but at the same time I question what they could be fighting over. Maybe inheriting the magical mascot kingdom? But the thing about shackles on Utena heart being released gives me a bad idea. And not the good kind of bad NYA!

Azure/Azul's "Is it over already?" at the beginning always makes me laugh. This girl hasn't defended herself in any of her fights so far since the sensory deprivation time. She's just been letting herself get tangled and enjoying it. Hence why Utena was confused about how easy it was in episode 3. This girl's mind is in the gutter.

And I loved that fact of how they where shocked. But another thing that I loved was how you said “I think we are safe now” at near the start of the episode. Then directly after they showed one of the magical girls flaunting and panties in a clear shoot between some spread legs on another one lol

nothing that crazy happens compared to the first three it was more comedic with the kids than anything that shocking happening in front of them
