Nokotan is a golem, comprised mostly of refined memium, stupidium acetate, idiom chloride, shitpostium carbide, trace amounts of trinitro toluene and moronic acid for blood. Classified a level 3 biohazard, it emits a non-fatal dumbness field over a fifty meter radius. This radiation induces an instantaneous false feeling of normalcy in the human brain, and is almost universally effective. Test subjects rarely (<1%) exhibit situational immunity to this radiation, but prolonged exposure usually overwhelms this natural resistance. TL; DR Nokotan is an SCP.
