The MC actually did use a potion in the last battle. It buffs him for 10 minutes and I'm pretty sure it's the same potion here. He won using the extra knowledge he had, a plan and with guts. And I think cutting up that guy and putting him with the pigs (probably being rp'd to near death by the 'sows' and then eaten while still alive) probably isn't even good enough of a punishment for him. It's implied that he no shortage of innocent people have died and suffered thanks to him even just beyond that girl. I have no sympathy for monsters like him.

Fun fact: they cut a part from the manga or LN when Finocchio left where he admitted to be rooting for Noel and how he's totally not his type (which his henchman quickly called him out on and loses a month pay on for his troubles.) I can kind of see why that got cut as that happened just before pig boy learn of his fate and that was kind of a comical moment.
