Hi, I just had a look and there doesn't seem to be any issues with masks like subsurface scattering or eye shadows. Eye shadows itself is used in the preview without any issues. Are you sure you have all the dependencies, and can you specify which plugins you are using so I can take a closer look.

Hey not sure if you read these but face clothings (masks, eye masks, eye shadows, etc.) dont really work with her face and it just clips into her face mesh instead
