All three are kind of bad. What about something classic with a twist? A haircut roleplay with a lot of walking around(hardfloor stepping noises). You could do a witch that tricks MC into her later by pretending to be a barber. Use a heavy scissor for a satisfying snap... You can justify the walking around by having the witch look for ingredients for the sleep potion.
