I'm not an expert on language and accents, so all I can infer is Eastern Europe. Where, exactly, I can't identify. I don't know enough to identify the accent between the various nations east of the Elbe River. But I am guessing you are in Mexico based on the hints of a Spanish-speaking country in the Western Hemisphere that has access to Papa Johns pizza. Correction: It seems there are Papa Johns pizza stores in a bunch of Latin American countries, so there goes my theory.

I’m sure I’m probably one of the few that thinks this but… I always kind of thought it was cool we didn’t know. I always compared you to how I liked when The Joker first appeared in comics and The Dark Knight… One day, he was just there. Don’t know where he came from, how he got there, he was just there. And ultimately, I think it’s something you have to personally be okay with too.
