Yes, and no. It's not that the FBI are concerned about the damage or even the murders, but that is still a branch of the issue. They're scared of powers in general; if you're a normal human and you have hundreds of potentially volatile people around you and people are circulating rumors of how dangerous they are and how hard it is to stop them, then of course, you'd act defensively first. It's slowly starting to die down, but it's hard to quiet people's fears of this faceless or seen from afar mythical figure that glows.

There is one thing that's been weighing on my mind for a while now. That is, how hung up these F.B.I. agents are on the destruction Rachel and the girls caused in their fight against the super-powered terrorists. Sure they used extraordinary and lethal force but by no means was that force unnecessary. Take the legend-kin Rachel faced off against for example. That guy was basically The Incredible Hulk. Anyone who thinks you can fight something like that and NOT cause a ton of collateral damage to the surrounding area needs to have their head examined. As for Fiona's giant fireball, her opponents were STILL ALIVE after that! Incapacitated but still alive, which means if she had used a less powerful attack out of fear of wrecking stuff her enemies would not only have survived but they probably would've still been in condition to fight back. This is just what it takes to put down actual super-villains and the retarded F.B.I. agents need to come to terms with this fact quick because if they ever have to face off against one of these monsters and they go into it thinking that they DON'T need to unleash enough firepower to level a city block or two then well...They Are All Going To DIE. And if the monsters they're up against are even half as sadistic and evil as the ones Rachel and the gang went up against then their deaths will be quite horrible indeed.
