This one is one of my favorites, it’s so comforting. Rain sounds don’t relax me, but fire sounds do. When I’m too tired for your sleep audios with talking, but too wired still to sleep, I put this on & it really helps. Something about your steady breathing knocks me right out. Thank you for helping me sleep ☺️
