It’s a fear of mine that I will make my partner feel like this, I never want them to feel like I don’t care about them as much as I do my friends. I want them to know that they are my priority and I don’t want to make them feel below anyone. Especially if they talk shit about you. I cried.

Right?! It’s totally legitimate for a spouse to feel all those feelings. Especially given the history and that the friend disrespects Knight. This was unsettling to listen to, as it sounds like I’m being more emotionally intimate with this friend than with my partner, and that’s not ok.
