Yay! Thank you for answering my question! 🥰 I could listen to you talk about film & TV stuff for hours, honestly. It's hella interesting, and that question was something I'd been wondering about for awhile. Whenever, you're like, "I'm not an actor," I'm like, "Well, you're better at it than me, so I'm impressed." 😅 The peak of my acting career was as a dancing pepper shaker in a community theater production of Beauty & the Beast in high school. Yes, there is photographic evidence.

Meditation really helps us to reduce stress and believe it or not, it can also increase your productivity. I usually take 10-20minutes per day to meditate but recently i've been on and off about it lol 😭
