We don’t use ‘dad bod’ words in my country, so i don’t really know what that means… so is it means that in this audio K is a dad with a belly and he’s a middle aged man? (That’s what google told me) or dad bod doesn’t have to be like that?

When you said pre School workout, my brain heard preschool workout. Then I remembered that time that a bunch of 4 year olds totally showed me up when we put on a YouTube workout video. 😂 Why are young children all so freakishly athletic?! Deep Heat/Icy Hot is so good on sore muscles, but I guess ice has it’s benefits too!
