There is no real schedule. I usually post in the Discord (Patreon section) information for upload the calendar. The only thing that really sticks out is Oshi no Ko on Thursdays

Alvin, it's all good. It's not really that big of a deal. I honestly want at least one Anime I am watching in dub so I can just listen. Ill only have the subs on for those that need them. Everything else I am watching is with Japanese audio.

Hey Tony, don't mean to yank you in different directions. I think i might've been one of the ones who asked for subs. Just to clarify, I meant that I would have liked to see the episode in Japanese with English subtitles. No worries if you prefer English though. And yeah, it is kinda hard to watch due to the mismatch between the subtitles and what they are saying on screen. I've been watching anime for a long time and I reflexively read the subtitles. No worries if you want to keep the episode in dub and keep the subtitles on. I just thought i'd mention it.

Yes and Netflix has two versions of the english subtitles. One that is supposed to be used with the original japanese audio and another that transcribes the english AUDIO. With the latter enabled the dialogue should be exactly the same and not altered like it was this time.

The problem is not that theyre wrong. It's that they're using the subs for the translated version instead of the transcribed version (if it exists)

I think on Netflix you can change the subtitles from "english" to "english (cc)" so that they match the dubbed audio.

Obviously create a streaming service, buy the licensing rights to the show, hire a translation team, and fix every episode just so people people have to complain about reading a few lines smh On a serious note, just keep it as it is cuz it ain’t that bad once you’re immersed

I think it's more about how blatantly wrong the subtitles are. The subtitles aren't really displaying the right words. The general idea is getting across, but it might actually confuse non-native speakers by making them see and hear two different sentences.

Thats only in some cases. Dub and translation teams work entirely separately so unless the host website goes out of their way to merge it as an option, it’ll stay different.

Hmmm are there different options for english subs? It's different because you are using the subtitles that are used for translation from the original (Japanese), there's probably a " Closed Captions" version that are directly transcribed from the Eng dub. English (CC) or something like that, just like in YT.

The difference in translation is because the subtitles are made for the Japanese version, whereas the translation for the dub audio is adapted to fit the mouth movements as well as it can.
