You can actually stop Netflix when an episode is done. Just click on "Watch credits" and then you can stop while you're still on the same episode. You don't need to go to the next episode to do that.

The mini TV was in the potato chip bag. When Light threw away the bag, he threw away the TV as well. Because of the cameras, he was never able to go back and get the TV out of the trash. When they took out the trash, the TV was crushed with all the other garbage.

Light is focusing mainly on criminals with big crimes and those are the ones that get heart attacks (making the world know that Kira did it). He usually gives petty criminals other type of deaths like dying of an illness at a certain age. (L doesnt know that Kira can kill with other methods yet either) So yeah, the person he killed in the potato bag scene was an unusual victim since this was just a small criminal that only happened to be broadcasted on the news, in a normal situation Light wouldnt bother giving a heart attack to that criminal.
