Idk man in one scene Kikoru literally just said that the Axe didn't match her. But instead Crunchyroll put that it that the ugly is ugly instead. 2 different thing. Its like what happened back in chainsaw man and its a big problem because the person who subbed chainsaw man clearly didnt read the manga and by changing the words made it completely wrong in the future.

Australian here too who can understand a decent amount of jp, the Crunchyroll subs for this show occasionally contain completely different wording than they should but they still get the gist of what’s being said so it shouldn’t really affect Tony’s watch through and is something we can correct if the need arises or tony asks👍.

I was going to point this out, but I thought that he’d then pay even more attention to the title if he did that, and there’d be no chance he just glosses over the title. What do you think he should do to avoid spoilers?

could it be a regional thing? I notice the subs are sometimes different here than on my own crunchyroll (australian here so might be why but weird considering its eng subs either way)

I dont know on what platform did you watch this show on, but the subs is trash. The amount of the inaccuracy is ridiculous because the characters said completely different things. Not all the times of course but way more than acceptable.

The next episode is out rn, and man, it’s so fucking good. I would suggest that you watch it soon, if u weren’t so busy already. Though IMO, it’d be worth the extra time
