If you don't do the OVA now you'll inevitably just want to watch it after you finish third season because it the actual final season and I can't imagine it not making you like the show even more.

Lucky for us, because in this case Mob Psycho 100 maintains (or even improves) in quality all the way through to the end! Season 3 is actually my favorite season and does a great job of wrapping everything up in a satisfying way.

The OVA's are just side stories that don't follow along with the continuation of the main story but they are still fun so I suggest finishing the main story like in a video game and coming back for the side quests afterwards

if it's the OVA called "The First Spirits and Such Company Trip", it's worth a watch imo, but it's not story important so you will miss literally nothing. I vote yeah since it's a bit more Mob Psycho either way.
