I got kicked out of nursing school last year, only had 3 months left. I really could've used this during that time. Even listening to this now gives me hope about going back and finishing

Had my Pain Therapy appointment on Friday and we talked about several things K touched on here, like my inability to offer myself the compassion and forgiveness i would readily give another, and changing that mean voice in my head, to name a couple. It was a tough session that left me drained and raw, but K validated ALL the work i had put in that day right here. That's been a big comfort, for sure. *shyly reaches for his hand* 🥹 Thanks, K. 🩵☘️🥀
