I'd like to add that I recently learned one of the members is Hiroshi Kitadani, who also sang for a few One Piece openings, and two of which Tony reacted to: 15 and 26. He has a great voice, and JAM Project seems like a fun band lol.

"who's the band" I've been waiting for that question since ep 1. The band is the one and only JAM Project! They are probably my favorite group. They are mostly known for their Openings in the Mecha Genre of Anime as 90% of their catalogue is Mecha Anime OPs. I love them.

I always interpreted his little speech at the end, not as him losing it, but just giving the people what they want. Something to blame. They want to be mad, so they had might as well be mad at him. After all he’s not a hero for admiration, he’s a hero for fun.
