You're right, he does it at 18:33 in the previous reaction. After that, there is a far away shot where his hair is still silver before turning red on the next close up, but that could just be an animation mistake. Maybe he hasn't turned into a monster then.

During the fight he has flood dripping down his face and at one point you see him start to run his hands through his hair and kind of psyche himself up, and that's when his hair turns red, which is where I at least get the impression he got his hair all bloody

I thought it changed color during the fight. I didn't notice him falling into a blood puddle or getting showered in blood or anything like that. I could have just missed it though.

We saw it in season 1 as well, but it looks like people can spontaneously turn into monsters. There was the lobster guy from the beginning of season 1, and now it seems to be happening to Garou too, with his hair and eye changing color. Which makes me wonder. What if Saitama actually became a monster, and he just looks like a human?
