Im glad you’re liking this so much, you’re in for a ride the next arc, btw the lady that is studying Nezuko’s blood is Lady Tamayo, very important character, you will definitely see more of her.

I was like you Tony when it seemed imminent that they were gonna kill Nezuko and then they kept leaning into it more and more all I could think was "don't you dare" especially when characters survive all the time in anime from crazier situations, but then they leaned into it so hard with the montage and the music. I really fell for it but I'm happy with the result. Much better to have a character you really like, not want them to die, and also feel the gravity of the moment, but still have the relief of them getting to survive. As someone who doesn't have the answers I think there's some merit to what Tanjiro said about all the demons being so self serving, while she sacrifices herself for humans just before getting a full blast of the sun. I'm hoping to get some good answers though.

I disagree. Like the other guy said, ufotable can manage because Demon Slayer is literally the only show they've worked on for the past like 5 years and even then they only do one or two extended episodes a season. If more studios normalized doing 45 minute episodes we'd start getting a lot of quantity over quality problems which is something we already see too much of in the industry.

Nezuko being able to conquer the sun has been seared into my mind. Got to be one of my favorite Demon Slayer moments. 👏 And all the music leading up to that event really takes the viewer for a ride. Exceptional and outstanding work from the composition team.

While not my favorite arc, the finale was legit something else in terms of visuals and storytelling! Definitely one of the stronger episodes of the franchise! I think next season overall isn't one that's too hype, but it's very short and easy to consume, plus it contains really nice moments here and there so can't wait for that!

I remember catching this finale in the cinemas- and it was a wild experience... actively hearing the audience react so emphatically to both thinking she was dead, and then the immense relief turned to excitement at realizing she had conquered the sun... that was something else 😂

Man I love this episode. It broke the internet when it dropped. As you can imagine I love the visuals. I love the story. The characters I was a freaking waterfall because I thought we had lost nezuko! The way they Incorporated that the surprise at the end and then the back story just this whole episode was peak

I can’t believe how accurate Tanjiro’s sense of smell is. He could smell the BS from that Demon a mile away. Imagine not even Tanjiro having sympathy for you as a demon, that’s rough lol. Last Arc was “flashy” but I would say this arc was “graceful”. I think next arc is supposed to have anime original content as well as the return of the trio like old times xD

Yeah this arc was more mature without the 🟨. I will say for me I don't hate him he's fine, but that doesn't mean I like his outbursts lol but it's fine. Yeah next arc will be over with very quickly but I am looking forward to hearing your thoughts for the OP and ED next season! Good luck with your musical writing for the drumline in the meantime 🤘
