I can't wait to watch this on break at work. We kinda have to worry about little because you see and hear the world differently from most people. So it just makes sense. Even though I have been doing gigs as a singer for years, I don't have the full musician, let alone a world/national class music director POV. Your platform has made me go back and view anime on a different level. Also, please don't be so hard on the dub people. I believe they just wanted you to give props to the guy who voiced spike, even if it would be for one episode. Dub/sub only matters to me for the sake of craft. Ryukyu Islands are chain of islands southwest of Japan which contains Okinawa for example, back then in the Edo period the inhabitants were part of a separate kingdom from Japan. I think its implied here that since Mugen is from there, he is an outsider who doesn't know or care about common knowledge and customs and is therefore a wildcard.

I think the fretting came from your reaction to the Samurai Champloo ending in one of the multi-anime endings videos. Methinks you were expecting heavy, super duper hip-hop due to the description and that’s not what the ending was at all lol
