Likely just spaced that. Ok, so our guy Digiorno Pizza had a different name as a baby under the realm of the horrible mother and abusive stepdad. Who changed his name? 👀
This episode def had some Speedwagon and Ogre street vibes, not quite the same but a tiny bit. Curious to see where we go from here

I think you missed where they shown his star birthmark. But it is no big deal, he has both characteristics of Jonathan the gentleman and Dio so Giorno is an interesting character to me.

Dio stuck his head onto Jonathan Joestar’s body so Giorno is technically his son too, hence the chaotic good you mentioned lol

His birth name is Haruno Shiobana, but he changed his name to Girono Giovanna in order to adapt to Italy. Theyre still phonetically similar (Haruno compared to Joruno)

The Singer of this Opening "Coda" also sang Bloody Stream in Part 2, and also was a vocalist in the last Opening of Part 3 (Sono Chi no Kioku, which also had Part 1 and Part 3s vocalists collab together)

Try and notice the diference in the names of the stands in the subtitles compared to what the characters say. They have this censorship on the names. For example, golden wind is golden experience. Ziperman is Sticky Fingers. So.... you know what those mean hahahahahha

Don't know why I never realized it until now, but both Part 4 Jojo and Part 5 Jojo had a means to return something to its original source to locate someone.

In my opinion, Part 5 has the best visuals in the whole series. We'll have to see if Part 7 can top it. I really hope it can, as Part 7 has the most variety in scenery across all the parts.

There were some hints of it in the first episode, and some in this episode too. But Giorno shows his relation to Dio by saying 'Muda' (Useless) a lot when attacking and otherwise. Dio did this in part 1 and a lot in part 3. Especially in the muda muda vs ora ora matches of Dio and Jotaro!

We did know that he is the son of Dio from last episode. Jotaro also theorised that his hair changing colour was his stand manifesting.

Just as Giorno's stand was given a new name due to copyright, Bruno's actual stand name is called Sticky Fingers.
