It's really trippy, Johan explained "his experience" at that mansion first so we would believe him , but then they pulled a 180 saying it was actually not him. When Nina was trying to recover her memories, she sometimes grabbed her right arm like it was scratched just now indicating she was probably the one who was running out of the rose mansion. And Johan was gaslighting his sister afterwards
