We typically never allow minors to receive life-altering, irreversible, purely cosmetic surgeries. I’d have the same answer if you asked whether a body dysmorphic boy should be allowed to break his legs to be an inch taller like his friends or if a young girl wanted to get liposuction for a similar reason.
