So... what's going on?
🕑 Added 2021-08-30 21:04:11 +0000 UTCAs I said in the last update, I won't be charging patrons for September. So regardless of your tier level, you'll keep the current access you have and won't pay anything when the month ticks over.
There's a couple things leading to me having almost no time to work on these games right now. The first as I talked about before is a family medical emergency that will likely be causing significant time commitments for a while. At lest hopefully for a while because the alternative is time commitments to funeral planning.
The other big one is The Monster Within. This one was always going to cause scheduling problems as we got close to it's release date, but it looked possible to juggle before this month. For people who have been here for a while, The Monster Within is essentially TF Card Battle 2.0, just without the porn and with cool art.
The first early access release will be out for Halloween. It's looking to be a much improved experience from the HTML version with the same basic gameplay people have been enjoying for the past few years. And hey, it's still TF themed, just not sexual anymore. If you want to learn more about it you can join the discord.
Since Apollo Seven Games is pretty much all porn games, this one is going to be under a different label. And also cost money up front. A lot of work has been put into this game both from me and my artist, so it actually making money is pretty important.
As for actual Apollo Seven Games games, Futa Oasis is still simmering slowly. That's another one that a lot of money and work has gone into and never putting it out would be a bit of a financial problem. Releasing under the patreon model won't really work either as I already can't put out consistent Naked Ambition updates.
Speaking on Naked Ambition, .72 will come out, uh... sometime? All the art is done and a good amount of the writing but there just isn't time to work on it. Which is the primary reason I turned the patreon off because I can't in good conscious charge people for a product I'm not actively working on. .72 and .73 will definitely come out. .8 too, as that won't be that much work. As for .9 and 1.0, well... those will be a LOT of work. And I don't know if I'll really be in a place to do those anytime soon. But the game needs its endings to truly make sense and I am loathe to not finish projects. So I intend to finish Naked Ambition, but the timeline might be a little long now.
Then there's the smaller projects. Dream of the Sea will be out by end of October because it's for a contest and pretty close to being done anyway. I've kind of been of been sandbagging it to release it closer to the contest end date. I had some ideas for expanding a little beyond the base content I had planned but I probably won't do that now. Since I said I'd put out a test build for it this week, I'll give access to the preview to $5 patrons. It's the closest I can do right now. I've done some work on The Intern 2, and that's pretty firmly canceled for now. I also have some improvements I want to make to Submansion, and I might do work on that in the background for a while. If I come up with something I like that'll probably be released at some point.
That's the problem right now. All of these updates and released are "at some point". I don't intend to stop working on anything, it's just the amount of time I can spend on them has gone way down. I've built a solid, if smallish, fan base for these games over the past few years and I don't want to let those people down. But life is what it is. As always, thank you for your continued support.

I don't know your current situation nor where you live, but you may want to look into in home care services. This has helped my family out very much and I thought I'd recommend it. Again I don't know what you are dealing with exactly but I hope things go well for you and that you get a chance to destress.
