No, no scenes after Emma in v0.3. They'll be added in future updates

That issue happened once before, and we thought it was caused by the Ren'Py 8.3.4 update. Luckily, it got fixed using the method I mentioned earlier. Could you share more details about that? If you can, please send me the traceback. Also, feel free to reach out to me on Discord if you're there!

Try deleting the save folder: C:\Users\ *USERNAME* \AppData\Roaming\RenPy\CityDevilRestart-1666666666 This folder will be automatically recreated the next time you launch the game. Make sure to create a backup of the folder before deleting it, just in case. Let me know if this doesnโt work!
