I like the "she overthrows Vlaakith" idea but I would add Shadowlard as her mutual gaining concubine to the mix.

Perhaps she's going against feeder enemies, yet continually rolling Nat 1's, causing her weight to skyrocket several tons in a matter of 6 seconds. She won't burst due to another enemy casting some magic on her to prevent that from happening.
