I just love it so much... I've had a few comments about the podcast and I wanted to mention that I've started listening to it! I don't have a lot of time to listen to podcasts sadly as my job means I can't listen to anything so that's out. I do go walking most afternoons but I actually prefer not to listen to anything when walking. At least I know it's there for when I do get some spare time 💜

I am so glad you brought up your earlier comment on the impact this show can have on you. Years later I think back on this show and think of ways to try and do better. There are not many pieces of media that can have kind of that impact on you. Not everyone is going to always do their best or even try, but this show has taught me the value of trying to do my part.
