The Very Personal Trainer - Part 1

Luckily, I found enough time today to make this way longer than usual to make it up to all of you. Four days later, I was back in the same parking lot for the same purpose with a very, very different outlook. My last cancelled appointment had been at 7:00, and my first on the new app was for the same time.
Once I’d agreed to Tony’s insane idea, I had hit the gym harder than normal to work out my feelings, and as I left, sweaty and feeling better, he showed me that I was now online. He had already had my profile ready to go, and all he had to do was wait for my okay before publishing it. I shared a random selfie I’d taken from the locker room a few weeks ago, and then he added it and pressed submit.
The next day, I had a booking, and then three more followed. These guys didn’t have photos- all I knew was the level of activity that they’d indicated on the app. Tonight’s option had chosen moderate, and I had about three plans ready to go for him. Heading into the gym, I was stopped by Tony in the lobby to intensify the déjà vu of this whole experience.
“I got you a present- yes it’s weird, and yes I think you have to just trust me.”
“Tony, are we doing this again?”
“Yes- yes, we are.”
He held out a small Amazon delivery box, and I opened it at the desk. There was a plastic bag inside with some item of clothing, and at first, I wondered if he’d gotten me a new shirt with a logo on it or something to help me advertise. I felt touched a bit, but that feeling vanished once I pulled the pair of briefs out and accidentally held it up for everyone to see.
“Tony!”
Urgently whispering his name, I slid the box back towards him, but he punted it right back.
“You said last time we talked that you didn’t have any flashy underwear, so I decided to get you a flashy pair.”
“What did you do- search ‘gay underwear’ and bought the first thing that came up?”
“I added the word sexy in there, but yeah, that’s exactly what I did.” I tried to carefully choose my reply, but he just kept going. “You are probably wearing a pair of compression shorts right now, and those are thinner than these briefs. This might actually benefit you.”
He might be right, but still, it was crazy that I was about to go put on a pair of briefs that Tony bought me, but everything about this was crazy. Grabbing the box back, I gave a single nod and headed to the locker room to change.

Fifteen minutes later, my client had arrived, and he was nothing like I expected. Well, wait- that’s not true. I truly didn’t know who I expected to walk up and shake my hand, but it wasn’t this guy.
Greg looked to be in his fifties, average build with a handsome face. He was wearing a plain gray t-shirt and black shorts, and as we talked, he was never anything but polite. I started giving him some exercises to do, and everything seemed too normal. The other shoe had to drop, and unfortunately, I knew when it was happening and couldn’t do anything about it.
“Okay, so our trial period is over now, and it’s up to you what we do next.”
In the app’s introductory package, they’d provided suggested dialogue, and I was copying them directly. My client smiled because he’d probably heard it before and knew what was coming. That made him the only one prepared here.
“I think you should lose that shirt.”
There was a devilish smirk on his face, and his eyes locked in on me. Nodding, I pulled off my shirt before I could hesitate, throwing it down on my gym bag as if this was what I wanted to be doing.
Greg’s eyes opened even wider, and he had no qualms about staring me up and down. My toned chest was his for the viewing, and he took his time taking in my abs, pecs, and biceps. I had a bodybuilding competition coming up next month, and I was in the gym over half the day when I had clients. Based on his expression, that extra time was helping.
“I, uh- what next?”
I felt like I had the upper hand for the first time since our session had begun, and I just ushered him further into the center of the gym to work on arms. We had been over in the conditioning area tucked away in a corner, but now, I was getting looks from more than just Greg.
This gym was traditional, not like one of those CrossFit gyms that was covered in chalk and filled with sweaty, shirtless exercisers. You had to wear a shirt when working out here, and though Tony had allowed me a free pass, not everyone knew what was going on. As that thought really solidified in my head, I realized that my upper hand was slipping away. I was half-naked now, and I was sensing every pair of eyes that were on me.
“Okay, let’s see your form on the bench press, and then we can add weight to work out your strength.”
Nodding, Greg slowly lowered himself to the bench, and whether he intended to or not, he seductively slid backwards until his shoulders were aligned with the bar above him. He was focused on the work-out, but his eyes were on me as I spotted him more than on the task at hand. Well, I can say that he was looking up at me, but it might be more accurate to say that he was looking up my shorts.
“Okay, let’s work some of those other muscle groups, and you can tell me what is feeling the best.”
“I think it feels best for you to take those shoes off.”
Again, his unabashed delivery took me by surprise.
“I wasn’t expecting you to ask to see the feet next.”
“Oh, I’m not asking for that- I just know that it will be easier for you to take off those shorts with your shoes off.”
And there it was. In the back of my head, I wondered if Greg would let me out of going all the way down to my underwear, but he wasn’t wasting time. He had a set time with me, and it looked like he wanted me as naked as I could be for as long as I could be.
I tried to take off my next layer as swiftly as I had doffed my shirt, but my brain was winning this second battle. It knew how crazy this was, and it didn’t want to let my arms move, but they did. I was strong enough at least for that task.
Kicking off my shoes, I grabbed onto the waistband of my red shorts and lowered them to the ground, and everyone’s eyes were on me including Tony’s over at the front desk. I could see him giving me a thumbs up all the way over here, but I wasn’t feeling particularly motivated. I was feeling objectified.
Standing now in just my briefs and socks, I felt the large overhead fans blowing cool air down on me, and I could hear my heart pumping louder than the awful dance remixes blaring through the speakers. This was almost too much, but I couldn’t run out now. So, I stayed in just my briefs.
Sitting up, Greg grabbed onto my thigh to balance himself, and surprised, I flexed those muscles as I backed away, and he laughed under his breath.
How many trainers had he cycled through, exposing them one by one as he cruised through every gym in the city?
We went to do bicep curls next, and I stood beside him, hoping to hide my near-nakedness from the gym goers who all wanted to know what was happening. He took that as an invitation to begin running his right hand over my body between sets. His hand was gliding over my sweaty back and legs, and on one pass, he copped a feel of my taut ass.
He wanted more, and the only consolation was that I was at least done showing off skin… or at least that’s what I thought.
On his last mission, he must have noticed something about my gifted briefs that neither Tony or I had noticed because I soon felt the cool air from the fans above in a place down below.
With a loud ripping sound effect, I heard snaps coming undone as the back panel of my briefs was pulled off of my body. Stepping away from him in shock, I now stood out in the open in nothing but a jockstrap, and the laughter that so many had been holding back erupted, spreading across the room.
Greg looked mischievous holding one of the last things that had been protecting my dignity, and since we were out in the middle of the weights area, there was nowhere for me to hide. Every direction that I turned, there was someone there with lust in their eyes. There was also a camera held up to catch my shame at every angle, and I still had twenty minutes left on this workout.
Raising my arms in the air to flex, I listened as the laughter turned to cheers, but that was just for their benefit. That was to let them think that I was above it all, but I wasn’t. Turning back to Greg, I just hoped that the blush spreading over my cheeks could be attributed to me working up a sweat instead of the intense embarrassment coursing through me.
I could recognize dozens of gymgoers that I’d talked to before, and now every single one of them had seen my ass and my bulge. They’d seen more of me than most had even if we were in the locker room together. I wasn’t the guy who stood in the mirror taking photos- I wanted to change and get out of there.
Today though, I was the star of the show, and Greg was relishing being in that orbit. He didn’t seem fazed at all that he’d been the one to expose me in every sense of the word, and I needed to know how he seemed so nonchalant now.
“Why this app, Greg? It’s so much more expensive than other personal trainers, and you’re a handsome guy who could see men in their underwear for free.”
“That first part is definitely true, and I’ll take that compliment. This app is great though because you know your trainers are going to be motivated. They focus totally on you because they don’t want to answer questions from other people about what’s happening.”
“Fair point.”
“And they probably need the money bad enough to not read all the small print before signing up.”
“Wait, what?”
“Ryan, I think you and I need to have a talk about what you agreed to and what I’m going to expect in our next session.”
“Wait, Greg, I-”
“Okay, what machine are we using next?”
Walking away, I just had to follow him, wondering what Tony had signed me up for with this new app. I looked over his way, but he turned around at that very moment to help someone at the desk, but right before he did, I swear that I saw a smirk on his face as well…

I think that full nudity should be what Ryan signed for. But perhaps his clients should do the same... If I had a naked gym coach I would not wear anything.

Really loved this chapter — the torn briefs scene was hot! 😉 But it got me thinking… what if next time Ryan went even further? Imagine him starting the whole session totally nude — no clothes at all, just waiting in the locker room or even standing out front like it’s the most natural thing in the world. Greg could even pick him up at a curb by his house, Ryan bare as the day he was born with only his gym bag in hand. The idea of him beginning already stripped feels like a point of no return — playful, bold, and begging for trouble. Just a thought to keep the fun (and the heat) building!
