Nevertheless, I tried to find some small time here and there to work on the original character for next month, and I just realized I should have posted about it already.
This is a passion project of mine, as I'm not sure people will really dig this idea. But I simply had to make it. It's a Brazilian carnival queen, based on one of my eternal muses, Ellen Rocche. It's a costume she wore in 2014's parade, which I really liked. Well, I hope you like it as much as I'm enjoying to work on her :D

Do you really think I nailed Ellen's look? :D I have a list of other Brazilian beauties that I'd like to sculpt someday, and Viviane is in the list, for sure. However, this was like, my fourth attempt at making Ellen, because it's very hard to reach a good degree of likeness, and I'm not sure I can replicate this sucess very often. But we'll see!

I can't wait until I see people's work on this! This outfit is going to be a lot of fun to paint, although I hope I'll be able to give you good files for printing them without missing many details.

Very nicely done. I just bought some color shifting metallic paints. I think they will really make this figure with her jewelery and costume really pop.
