Yeah, I just looked it up and that's what they are. Basically, not German Shepards, but Belgain Shepards or, like you say, Belgian Malinois or Malinois Shepards. That's cool that they have fewer health problems. I haven't looked up reasons why certain dogs have more health problems than others, but I thought I read that less purebred dogs have fewer problems. So, mutts tend to be sturdier, I guess?

This is the one that put me off a bit. Almost like they saw the reaction to the first movie and said "Oh people like the dogs, let's make it a dog show with guns." And people fell for it. But I get too much in my head with that stuff. lol

Yeah, Mark Dacascos is a phenomenal martial artist. One of my favorites of his is still one of his first. A movie called "Drive" where he is basically Jackie Chan on cocaine, lol.

I don't see anyone else commenting this, so I'll do it :) The name Parabellum is a word play, "para bellum" meaning prepare for war and the word "parabellum" for some ammunition types like "9mm Parabellum".

I just realized that the Adjudicator's tattoo says "empathy' in German. I love the contrast of her character being so robotic & cold.. yet her job is to understand the perspective of others in each situation & judge fairly.. which one would need emotion/empathy to do. Love the details!

I think it's mostly because of the code. John could've easily have been killed many times, but everyone respects him too much to not fight face to face & fair. It'd be too insulting to just shoot him down.

All those bad guys in these movies reminds me NPCs in action games. Like, you know gun can shoot from distance, why are you running into hand to hand combat with gun in your hand 😅

I believe the dogs are Belgian Malinois. The US military and police frequently use them. They are a bit smaller and more agile than German Shepherds and tend to have fewer health problems.
