Movement/Display Trays and Group Square Base Cutters

We are working on expanding the tool kit, and one way we want to do it is by adding in some more cutting tools for square bases and also movement/display trays for any base shape.
The idea is that we will make a cutter that allows a whole set of square bases to be cut out at once against each other (this way the squad all have matching bases that fit the pattern) and then a second cutter that is a little wider to allow a rim around the group of bases. Those of you who use round or hex bases will also be able to use these larger cutters to make movement/display trays and use the existing base cutters to cut out the bases you want within the larger shape.
What we need is some input from you guys who play games like Kings of War and Warhammer Fantasy to know what size and shape of movement trays you need. For example:
2x5 grid of 25mm bases- would mean a set of ten models with 25mm square bases in two rows.
So, feel free to send a list of all the sizes that you need, and we will make them =D

For Warhammer fantasy the two main sizes used for bases are 20mm and 25mm. Also, the game is made for big unit blobs so 4x5 or more is very common.

Warmaster, Black Powder, Black Powder Epic Battles, Sengoku, The 9th Age, Impetus, and many, many more. Now that 3D print has become so widespread (and good enough) a lot of people are half-sizing 28mm figs to make 15mm armies, so having ground textures for basing that can be printed and rolled for 15mm use is significant. You might consider mapping your ground texture 2x around a bigger roller so it can be printed 1/2 size and still be a reasonable diameter to work with, still fit the handles.

Some individual-based games have unit cohesion rules. I have yet to see someone design a tray base to maximize spread while keeping cohesion. Bases usually put 5 together fairly packed, but what if I want the tray to help me comply but spread into a maximum formation? Are there too many different sets of unit cohesion rules for that to be practical?

Alone, they look more naturalistic, like crumbling edge of tuft or embankment. I have these bases for my rank-and-file army of Death and like them well. They snug together andmake aligning units of 10 or 20 quite easy.

I have fantasy models based on 25mm square, 25mm round, and 20mm square bases. I'd love a solution to use them all to play Oathmark, which assumes 125mm frontage for five 25mm square-based models.
