It All Starts With The Clay!

As Custom Miniature Makers, we combine the power of 3D printing with the freedom of DIY crafting. Practice makes perfecyt... :P but we've always found that a few good tips and tricks can go a long way!
As such, we're happy to introduce our new video series today :D Our goal is to create short, clear, and concise videos to help you get the most out of your kit!
This is the very first video, covering our number 1 most-asked question. "What type of clay do you use?" This video explains which type of clay to use, how it should look, and how to handle it!
While some videos will be super short and to the point, others will be a bit more involved, and the plan is to ramp it up. We'll be covering things like Materials, Tools, Clay working techniques, and Roller Toolkit demonstrations, as well as more involved videos like making bases, and tiles of all types, creating buildings, and more!
We hope you enjoy this new segment!

I got my DAS clay in the mail yesterday and printed my first roller, and my first grid printed this morning. Iβm excited to see what I can do with it today.

The opposite :) It's saying that air-drying clay works well because it can be used along with other materials (like foam) which can't be baked.
