🕑 Added 2025-04-22 00:46:11 +0000 UTCBig day tomorrow morning. After much consideration, Ihave decided to get cool sculpting done. We will be targeting my under chin, love handles and chest and just below the armpits.
My current weight as of this morning is 209. This will be one of two sessions I do. It is reported that you lose 25% of the fat in the targeted area each session. I will be going back for my second session 6 weeks from now.
I will continue to eat my animal based diet and hit the gym. Really trying to lock in these last few months before summer.
Really looking forward to how I will look on the beach this summer 🤘🏻 stay tuned!
