Sometimes I use Send To Kindle and it takes a few minutes before the device syncs. You can manually sync, though. It's under the Gear icon.

I'm afraid I don't. I tested the MOBI on my own Fire and I can confirm that it works fine. Is it a storage-space issue? Did you sync your device? I've used the app to send the mobi file, but it doesn't show up. I used the same app to upload a couple of other ebooks I've downloaded and they went fine. Do you know if there is a filter that might prevent it going through due to content?
