We actually *have* seen Wingman's partner before. (And she was Wingman's partner at the time.) But you might have to do some digging to find these scene.

Looks like the Time Traveler is headed to the future. The lower left one looks like Wingman and either a new baseball-themed hero/villain (or else a roleplay scenario), while the lower right looks like Miss Match at the pool.
